Laboratory Facilities at the Shiraz Institute for Cancer Research

 

The Shiraz Institute for Cancer Research is equipped with a variety of research facilities and infrastructure, including the following:

-Collection, processing, and storage of biological samples from cancer patients, including DNA, RNA, serum, and plasma, along with the recording and archiving of demographic and histopathological data

-Cell culture facilities and the performance of studies related to cell therapy

-Flow cytometry equipment for phenotypic and functional analysis of cells

-Molecular analysis infrastructure, including PCR, real-time PCR, and gene sequencing

-Performance of immunohistochemistry, ELISA, and Western blot studies

-Specialized infrastructure for immunology and cancer immunotherapy research and investigation of the tumor microenvironment

 

Applicants who wish to utilize the facilities and research capacities of this Center can contact the center. Requests will be reviewed and responded to after necessary evaluations and coordination.
