مرکز تحقیقات سرطان شناسی

آزمایشگاه تحقیق و توسعه (R&D) در سال 2013 با هدف ایجاد هماهنگی بین فعالیتهای تحقیقاتی و تولیدی در زمینه تولید داروهای بیوسیمیلار، آنتیبادیهای مونوکلونال، پروتئینهای نوترکیب و فیوژن پروتئینها (در میزبانهای یوکاریوتی و پروکاریوتی) و سلول درمانی احداث گردید.

تا به امروز آزمایشگاه تحقیق و توسعه چندین آنتیبادی منوکلونال که عمدتاً در زمینه تشخیص (ضد CD3 ، ضد CD8 و ...) و درمان سرطان (Pertuzumab و Aflibercept) کاربرد دارند و همچنین پروتئینهای نوترکیب درمانی (IL-2 و GCSF) تولید نموده است. آزمایشگاه تحقیق و توسعه همچنین درگیر فعالیتهای آموزشی محققان و دانشجویان دوره پزشکی عمومی و تحصیلات تکمیلی میباشد و در حال حاضر چندین دانشجوی دکتری تخصصی و کارشناسی ارشد رشتههای بیوتکنولوژی، ایمونولوژی و علوم سلولی-کاربردی، پایان نامههای خود را در آزمایشگاه تحقیق و توسعه انجام میدهند.

جامعه ای که در آن نوآوریهای علمی به روش بیوتکنولوژی بر بیماری ها غلبه کند و سلامت را ارتقا دهد.

فراهم نمودن زیرساخت لازم جهت گسترش تحقیقات پایهای و کاربردی در زمینه داروهای بیوسیمیلار و آنتی بادیهای مونوکلونال و پلیکلونال

ایجاد یک زیرساخت قوی جهت انجام فعالیتهای تحقیق و توسعه و تجاریسازی محصولات

ارتقاء کیفیت روشهای سلول درمانی در کشور

تقویت همکاری با صنایع دارویی و تشخیصی در داخل و خارج از کشور

مدیریت این آزمایشگاه به عهده استاد دکتر عباس قادری و دکتر امین رمضانی می باشد.
