Shiraz Institute for Cancer Research which opened in June 1998 is located on Shiraz Medical School main campus at Zand Avenue. The Institute is the nation’s first comprehensive center in which both immunological and biological aspects of cancer are under investigation. Read more about us.		Immunology and molecular genetics of cancer, biomarker discovery, gene therapy, stem cell research and antibody production are the focus of our investigation. BioBank, Cancer Immunology, Cancer Proteomics, Stem Cell , Gene Therapy and R&D are the research groups at the Institute.
